One of the things I hate most about Youtube is also one of the reasons why I appreciate it.
My Youtube adventures usually begin with searches for certain topics (music, makeup, fashion, Jersey Shore...yes, I admit I am a fan). An hour or two later and I'm wondering how I end up watching dog training tips. I don't even own a dog!
Don't get me wrong, I love dogs. But sometimes it amazes me how quickly I can get lost in Youtube land.
Such was the case a few days ago, when my paroosing fingers introduced me to Jeff Buckley. Maybe I was living under a rock, or maybe I was too young to notice (he died almost 15 years ago). Whatever the case, I had not heard of Jeff before and it's a shame. Afterall, I just learned it was Jeff's version of Leonard Cohen's, Hallelujah that was featured on the OC.

now that I think about it, maybe I was living under a rock
Jeff's music and lyrics are captivating. My favourite so far are So Real, Forget Her, Last Goodbye and Lover, You Should've Come Over. And of course, Hallelujah.
Needless to say, I am now a fan.
